Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hotel Aatreyee, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our full refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind:

• Free Cancellation:
  Cancel 30 or more days prior to your check‑in date for a full refund—no charges applied.

• Moderate Notice:
  Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before check‑in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

• Late Cancellation / No‑Show:
  Cancellations made within 14 days of your check‑in date, or if you do not show up, will be charged for the entire stay.

• Refund Processing:
  Approved refunds are processed using your original payment method and are completed within 7–10 business days.
